Delivery times

Generally, products listed as in stock are shipped within three days of order (depending on stock availability). All products are despatched to customers from Bridgewater, South Australia.

Freight within Australia

The Third Fuse Project uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Customers purchasing from within Australia are charged a flat postage and handling fee of AU$9.15 (including GST) per order. When ordering, please ensure that your delivery address is correct. Normal delivery procedures for Australia Post apply and The Third Fuse Project cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Customers are charged a flat postage and handling fee of AU$40.00 per item.

Taxes for overseas orders

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Non-receipt of a sent parcel

If a sent parcel has not been received by you, please contact us. The Third Fuse Project cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in situations where the customer has entered incorrect or incomplete delivery address details. Please ensure that you enter your address details correctly and in full. We recommend that you double-check the delivery details displayed at the top of your Order Confirmation email after your order has been placed. In situations where the correct address information has been provided and the purchased item(s) has not been delivered, we will either re-order and resend the order, or issue a refund, 21 days after the initial parcel was sent. This gives us time to resolve any delivery issues and recover the article if it has been mishandled or returned to us by Australia Post.
